The Canthoplasty Treatment
Canthoplasty is performed in Align Aesthetics’ in-office surgical suite. After ensuring comfort with local anesthesia and supportive medication, a small incision is made at the outer corner of the eye. The underlying tissue is carefully adjusted to tighten and reposition the lateral canthus. Once the desired contour and support are achieved, the incision is closed with fine sutures. Patients are monitored briefly before returning home the same day.
